As Lead Full-Stack Developer, I built the Hundeo mobile app and backend infrastructure from the ground up. The project included:

Development of a high-performance mobile app with Flutter, including video player and interactive exercises.
Creation of an intelligent caching system for media content to optimize performance.
Design of a scalable microservice backend architecture with Golang and event-driven systems.
Development of a modern Vue.js admin panel for efficient content management.

The focus was on scalability, high performance, and seamless integration between frontend and backend.

Challenges and Solutions

The biggest challenge was designing the platform for high scalability. To ensure this, a microservice architecture was implemented that can efficiently handle increasing user numbers.

Further challenges such as optimizing video playback for weak internet connections and integrating a data-intensive AI system were successfully mastered through an adaptive streaming system and powerful state management solutions.

60+ FPS for smooth UI animations.
Reliable video playback, even with weak network connections.
Successful scaling to over 100,000 active users.

Thanks to the combination of a powerful Flutter app and a robust backend infrastructure, Hundeo was able to establish itself as the market leader in dog training.
