An app for dragon boat teams. Sets up the lineup, tracks the session on the water, and handles the race admin nobody wants to do. Built it for my own team, now anyone can use it on iOS, Android or the web.

The app turns weight, side, position and propulsion into a seating plan that actually balances on the water. No more spreadsheet before training.
Team & Club
Paddler profiles, roles, invite codes, CSV import. If you paddle for more than one club, one account is enough.
Termine without the chaos
Create a training, race or team night and collect RSVPs in the app. Skips the usual WhatsApp avalanche.
Live tracking
Speed, distance, time, stroke rate live during the session. Saved automatically so you can look back at what actually happened.
Race hub
A public list of dragon boat races. You sign up straight from the app.
Stats & health
Training and race data in one place. Hook up Apple Health or Google Fit if you want to.

Behind the Scenes
Built with the guy behind the algorithm
DragonBoat Hub is a joint project with Christian Lange, who built DragonTrim, the physics-based balance algorithm that teams around the world already use. He knows the race side, I write the app, the backend and everything that holds it together.
The underlying technology is certified by the BSFZ as an eligible R&D project under the German Research Allowance Act (Forschungszulagengesetz).
Dart all the way down
Flutter on the client, Serverpod on the server, PostgreSQL underneath. Shared models, no DTO mapping, no schema drift, one codebase for iOS, Android and the web. Home screen widgets already on both stores. As a solo developer, that is the only way the maths works.
Not just an app. A whole dragon boat ecosystem.
The app is the start. The plan is to cover everything around the sport — from training and racing to the side of the boat nobody else has digitised yet. A lot more features are already on the roadmap to get there.
