# **Fussballhero**

Fussballhero is a platform that enables football-enthusiastic children and teenagers to convert their real performance on the field into virtual achievements – developed as a lean MVP to cost-effectively test an innovative idea.

## **Über das Projekt **

Fussballhero was developed as a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) to quickly and efficiently validate the feasibility and benefit of an innovative idea. The goal was to provide a functional and appealing solution within a limited budget.

The platform connects real football training with digital progress:

- Gamified training sessions that promote fun and motivation
- Professionally designed exercises for young players
- Performance-based rankings to encourage competition
- Social networking with other players
- Individual progress tracking to make achievements visible

The app motivates children and teenagers to continuously improve their skills and turns training into an exciting, interactive experience.

## **Technical Implementation**

Development was carried out with a focus on efficiency and scalability to implement the idea quickly and cost-effectively:

- Development with **Flutter** to provide a cross-platform app (iOS & Android).
- Integration of **Firebase** for backend services such as authentication, database and hosting.
- Lean, modern design for an intuitive user experience.

In addition to technical development, I handled the entire design process and consulting for implementing the product idea.

## **Results**

Despite the small budget and fast development time, Fussballhero convinced as a functional MVP:

- Quick delivery of a market-ready solution
- Positive feedback from initial test users
- Foundation for potential further development and investor presentations

Fussballhero proves that great ideas can be realized even with limited resources. The platform is a successful example of implementing an MVP that quickly delivers market feedback and prepares future developments.

> *"Max was extremely professional throughout our joint project. The result totally convinced me and I am very satisfied with it. The collaboration was also a lot of fun! Can only recommend." *
